Relaxed eligibility criteria
To apply, you should –
- Be a resident of Haryana
- Not hold a house or a plot in Haryana in your name
- Have an annual income of less than Rs. 3 Lakh

Minimal documents required
To apply under the HUDA affordable housing scheme, you will have to submit some specific documents, such as:
- Passport-sized photograph
- Certified copies of bylaws
- Copy of PAN card (self-attested)
You can apply by filling a HUDA application form available on their official portal with the required details. After filling up your form, you can provide the above mentioned documents online and submit the form. Once you submit, you will have to select the preferred payment option to pay your application fee. After your payment is made, you can keep application number for future reference.
